We are pleased to announce that the search for our next Superintendent has begun. This position is a vital part of our work in moving the our mission forward—"North Marion, learning together to cultivate lifelong growth."  The North Marion School Board is committed to securing an exceptional leader equally dedicated to enhancing academic achievement, fostering community involvement, and “providing all students equitable access to their chosen path.”  

Throughout this process, the input and feedback from our community will be one of the key components of our search.  Over the next two months, there will be a variety of ways for our community members and families to get involved.  

• Online Surveys: We will be sending out an online survey aimed at capturing diverse feedback from our community members and underscoring the significance of your input in this pivotal decision-making process.

• Spread the Word: If you know a qualified applicant who may be interested in applying, please encourage them visiting the North Marion School District website to learn more about the position.

• Community Forums: We will be communicating out about opportunities for community members to articulate their perspectives, priorities, and expectations regarding the appointment of our new superintendent. Your valued insights will serve as guiding beacons throughout the selection process.

• Stay Informed: We urge you to keep updated on our superintendent search process, upcoming events, and avenues for engagement.  Your continued engagement is integral to the success of this endeavor.
