Immunization Information & Rates for the 2016-2017 School Year

School Exclusion was February 19, 2018. Some of you may have received a letter about your child immunization. Please bring your immunization records to your school.

Does Oregon Allow Exemptions? Yes, Oregon allows two kinds of exemptions, medical and nonmedical. A medical exemption is signed by a physician or the county health department. A nonmedical exemption is signed by a parent or guardian with an attached Vaccine Education Certificate verifying completion of education about immunizations, either from a health care practitioner or the online vaccine education module. Current vaccine required by Oregon are:
Tetanus Polio
Pertussis (Whooping Cough) Varicella (Chickenpox)
Hep A Measles, Mumps and Rebella (MMR)
Hep B Hib (only if child is undre the age of 5)

2016-17 Immunization Rates (posted October 2017 - updated March 2017): Each school year the North Marion School District determines the number of students who have completed all of the Immunizations required by the state of Oregon. The results are listed below.
