NMSD Announces District's next Superintendent

June 11, 2024 Update: North Marion School Board of Director's at their board meeting June 10, 2024 approved a three-year contract with Dan Busch . . .

June 7, 2024 - After completing an extensive search led by BreakThrough Consulting, committee screening sessions comprised of staff, parents, teachers, and administrative members, and listening to our community feedback, the North Marion School District Board of Directors is pleased to announce that Dan Busch has been selected to become the next Superintendent of North Marion School District.  The NMSD board is scheduled to meet Monday, June 10th to approve the appointment and finalize Busch’s three-year contract contract. Dan Busch will begin July 1, 2024. 

School Board Chair, Glenn Holum said, “Dan Busch, is a great fit for North Marion, and matches the qualities, experiences, and leadership style the school board and the community wanted in our next superintendent.  The board would like to acknowledge and thank the screening committee members for their input and guidance with this selection.”
