School Board Work session and Regular Business Meeting

The North Marion School District Board of Directors will meet in accordance with the Oregon Public Meetings Law (ORS 192.610-192.710)  in the High School Media Center and via Zoom Webinar.  As of October 2022, work sessions and business meeting will be combined.  Work session begins at 6:00 p.m. and the Business Meeting follows at 7:00 p.m. (unless posted otherwise) on the second Monday of each month.  Members of the public may attend.  The laws governing boards of education require that their work be done where the public can observe their actions.  Seating may be limited.  Virtual access for the public zoom webinar link is below.  All school board meetings will be recorded and available on our YouTube channel.    

Please remember that this is the board’s meeting for the public to observe.  Others may participate only with approval of the board.  

Public Comments:  If you are a member of the community and wish to provide public comment, please submit in writing via email by 2:00 PM to the Board Secretary:  diane.laubsch@nmarion.k12.or.us.  Your comments will be part of the public record.  All persons wishing to attend in-person to provide testimony must adhere to public comments protocols.  See Public Comments Guidelines, Code of Conduct and Board Policy BDDH.  A sign-up form is also included.
