Would You Like Another COVID-19 Booster Clinic?

The COVID-19 Booster Shot Clinic was a success! There were 50 attendees, almost all of whom were there to receive a booster shot, although some also received first shots. 

Please take ***this survey*** to share whether you would like a second clinic, and when and where works best for you. (We need to receive enough yeses for the clinic host to return. That is why we send out the surveys!) 

We thought we might add scheduling questions to see if we can pick a day and time that works best for most people. A location for the clinic has not been selected yet, but it may be held in the High School Commons parking lot again, as vaccination clinics have in the past.

Also, the results from the last survey are posted above! Since 154 people wanted us to hold a clinic, we held one for the convenience of these individuals.
