Love Santa Holiday Assistance

For: Anyone living in Woodburn, Hubbard, Aurora, or Donald. Proof of residency must show current address and must be within the last three months of signup. Families must show proof of their children. This can be any form of identification that specifically shows their first names and age.

Signup dates: Thursday, November 10, 6 p.m. – 8 p.m. and Saturday, November 19, 9 a.m. – noon. These are the only days they will be hosting a live, in-person signup.

Signup location: Woodburn City Hall, 270 Montgomery Street, Woodburn

Distribution will happen on Saturday, December 17 at the Woodburn High School parking lot (1785 N Front St., Woodburn). A postcard will be mailed out a week prior to the mailing address provided at the time of signups. The postcard will have the exact time each family can show up and claim their food box and gifts.

If a family cannot show up and claim their food/gifts, then they need to call 503-951-2366 ASAP to make other arrangements. Families must show the postcard and a form of identification when picking up their items.
